Tier 1: Zero cost Integrate with Pro-Tier and allow your employees to use pre-tax deductions for their insurance and medical expenses. Free to you, and it will save them ~25%.
Tier 2: Add monthly subsidies Add monthly subsidies for select employees. You can even offer different amounts to different employee roles. e.g. $300 for managers
Tier 3: Add hour-based subsidies If you elect to, Pro-Tier even offers a solution for your hourly employees. No more qualification audits or HR burdens. Add a subsidy based on the actual hours worked to align your costs with employee contributions. Again, you can elect which roles to offer this subsidy to.
Pro-Tier uses a federal structure called ICHRA (Individual Contribution Health Reimbursement Arrangement). Companies provide dollar based subsidies (monthly or hourly) and Pro-Tier then works directly with each employee to match them with the best insurance policy based on their unique needs.
Our insurance offerings are all plans on the ACA (Affordable Care Act) exchanges as well as off-exchange plans. This means each employee can select from dozens of plan choices (rather than the company curating this to three plans from one carrier). Plus, the plans are individual plans, so there is no company connection and as a result no need for COBRA if the employee leaves.
