Authority Brands, a franchise industry leader with an extensive portfolio of home service brands, continued strong growth in 2024 by adding 210 new franchise owners across 322 new territories – an 11% year-over-year increase. This follows a 60% increase in new franchise locations in 2023, reinforcing the company’s position as a driving force in the home service franchise industry.

All brands across Authority Brands portfolio experienced encouraging growth in 2024, including America’s Swimming Pool Company, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, The Cleaning Authority, DoodyCalls, DRYmedic Restoration Services, Homewatch CareGivers, The Junkluggers, Lawn Squad, Mister Sparky, Monster Tree Services, Mosquito Squad, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Screenmobile, and Woofie’s. 

 

The company also formed a strategic partnership with ServiceTitan, providing Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise owners with advanced tools to optimize business operations. Additionally, Authority Brands launched BuyFin, a financing and payment solutions division of BuyMax, enabling home service contractors to offer seamless financing options and collect payments onsite.

 

Combined, the Authority Brands franchise brands operate more than 2,700 locations with an expansive network of more than 1,000 franchise owners. All franchise concepts within the Authority Brands portfolio are looking to grow with qualified franchise owners across the United States.
