PIRTEK USA, the nation’s leading on-site and retail hydraulic and industrial hose service provider, reinforced its commitment to community impact during its 28th Annual Franchise Owners Conference, PIRTEK ELEVATE, held in Orlando, Florida. As part of the conference, PIRTEK partnered with The Leaders Institute® and Heart of Florida United Way for a high-energy, team-based charitable initiative benefiting local families in need.

During the event, PIRTEK franchise owners, operations managers, general managers, and Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) participated in The Leaders Institute’s Ace Race® program, a fast-paced team-building activity in which participants constructed mini golf courses using non-perishable food items. At the conclusion of the event, approximately 1,000 pounds of donated goods were collected and provided to Heart of Florida United Way to support its network of local food assistance partners.

Heart of Florida United Way serves as a critical resource hub across Central Florida, connecting individuals and families with essential services including food assistance, housing support, healthcare, and financial stability programs.

“Our annual conference brings our entire network together, and it’s important that we use that time not only to grow our business, but to give back in a meaningful way,” said James Doyle, Chief Marketing Officer of PIRTEK USA and PIRTEK Canada. “Partnering with The Leaders Institute and Heart of Florida United Way allowed our team to come together, have some fun, and make a real impact for families in the Orlando community.”

The Ace Race® program is designed to foster teamwork, collaboration, and energy while supporting charitable causes. For PIRTEK, the initiative reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to service both in the industries it supports and the communities it serves.
