Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Victra Contact Center in Greenville, NC, employing hundreds of team members who handle Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. As a company, Victra employs thousands of people and serves guests in more than 1,600 locations nationwide. The Victra team is proud of its legacy of creating second-to-none customer experiences and is excited about the future.
With the desire to support Verizon retailers on their wireless journey, Victra established the Sub Agent Program in 2021. This created opportunities for growth, collaboration and longevity for wireless businesses across the nation. Upon the launch of Total Wireless in 2023, the Victra Partner Program emerged, with a mission to allow retailers to build their wireless empire in an environment that cares about their growth. With a dedicated support team, Victra ensures that its partners maintain the resources needed to be successful in the wireless retail industry. Victra is now home to over 120 Total Wireless retail locations and continues to grow at an unparalleled rate.
