Heating + Air Paramedics, a comprehensive heating and air service franchise, is expanding its footprint by awarding territories in Waco and Georgetown, Texas, and Marietta and Powder Springs, Georgia, to new owners.
The business enters Texas with a multi-unit agreement led by new franchisees Clint and Laura Smith, who will open locations in Waco and Georgetown. Their first location is expected to open in July 2025.

Heating + Air Paramedics began franchising in 2021 and is growing to become the leading provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning services nationwide.
