The International Franchise Association (IFA) today named Kimberly Roman, owner of senior placement franchise Owl Be There in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania, as a 2024 Franchisee of the Year. Roman was honored at the 65th IFA Annual Convention in Las Vegas being an outstanding franchise establishment owner-operator.

Kimberly Roman has been an Owl Be There franchisee since 2022, a perfect fit considering her illustrious career path in health care. She spent over three decades as a registered nurse (RN), specializing in both community health and post-acute care settings. Prior to launching her Owl Be There franchise, Roman previously held director-level positions at ChristianaCare HomeHealth and BAYADA Home Health Care, gaining valuable clinical and operational experience in assisted living, home health, and hospice care. She’s also a member of Owl Be There’s Founders Circle Advisory Group, which promotes the organization’s best practices and mentors new franchisees.
