Lola Beans, the drive-thru franchise serving coffee, teas, infused sodas and plant-based energy drinks, has secured three strategic partnerships with Russo Modular, Citadel Development, and Foodservice Equipment Brokers to fuel its national growth. The integrated development system helps franchisees open locations faster and more consistently through the brand’s modular “drop-and-go” model.
Russo Modular, a Phoenix-based manufacturer experienced with Dutch Bros, Jimmy John’s, Black Rock Coffee, and 7 Brew, will produce factory-built steel buildings on ~90-day timelines running parallel to site prep. Citadel Development, known for work with 7 Brew Coffee and Smalls Sliders, will handle site construction from permitting to installation and serve as the preferred design-build partner for Lola Beans’ largest franchisee, Rise Hospitality Group, Inc. Foodservice Equipment Brokers, a national supplier since 1993, will manage equipment sourcing, design, and installation.
Texas franchisees Kirk and Coleen Jeter of Rise Hospitality Group helped lead the modular program and will be the first to roll out drop-and-go stores in Texas. “Strategic partnerships are critical when scaling a high-growth brand,” said the Jeters. “Working with the Lola Beans team has been a great collaboration, helping franchisees open faster and scale confidently across Texas and nationwide.”
Lola Beans’ modular prototype enables flexible real estate strategies like ground-up builds and conversions while ensuring consistent layouts and operations. “This is a major step forward in how we support franchisees,” said Donny Bradley. “We have a scalable model that simplifies development, reduces build times, and supports nationwide growth.”
The announcement aligns with Lola Beans’ expansion, including its recent 120+ unit area representative agreement in Texas, as the brand partners with experienced operators to bring its high-energy drive-thru concept to new markets nationwide.
