Rock N’ Roll Sushi, the original rock-themed sushi restaurant known for its inventive rolls and high-energy atmosphere, is turning up the volume with its Michigan debut at 23370 Eureka Road.
Located in “Eureka Way,” the heart of Taylor’s bustling retail and entertainment corridor, the outpost marks the brand’s 78th restaurant nationwide and its arrival in the Great Lakes State as the brand continues expanding into new markets. The eatery is owned and operated by Silvia Maruncic and Hicham Bazzi.
“Hicham and I are grateful for the opportunity to make history by bringing Michigan’s first Rock N’ Roll Sushi to the community,” said Maruncic. “Taylor is the ideal place to introduce a concept that combines bold flavors, a high-energy atmosphere and genuine hospitality. We look forward to welcoming guests, sharing our passion for great food and creating an experience that becomes a memorable part of the community for years to come.”
As ownership partners, Maruncic and Bazzi are now cooking up something new with Rock N’ Roll Sushi. Bazzi brings extensive franchise experience to the venture, having developed several Tropical Smoothie locations throughout Michigan.
Founded in Mobile, Alabama, in 2010, Rock N’ Roll Sushi has built a loyal fanbase by pairing creative takes on traditional sushi rolls with a lively atmosphere fueled by classic rock culture. Complete with record-style menus, music videos and a ‘Dine Out Loud’ approach, the concept transforms an ordinary meal into a front-row experience.
